Prior to the apocalypse these plastic bristled objects used for oral hygiene were very prevalent. Used twice a day in combination with Toothpaste to prevent periodontal diseases, the toothbrush was a staple of pre-apocalyptic routine. Now with the lack of living mothers and production facilities along with the severe decline in dental professionals the toothbrush has become a forgotten part of one's daily routine. Without a daily reminder to "brush your teeth" and the constant fear of being killed by raiders or worse oral hygiene has sadly fallen to the wayside.

These are the steps to a healthy and happy smile! Step 1: Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto the bristles of your toothbrush. Step 2: Insert the toothbrush into your mouth with the bristles pointing towards your teeth. Step 3: Use short back-and-forth brush strokes to clean all sides of your teeth. Remember: outside, inside and chewing side! Step 4: Brush along your gums and don't forget your back teeth. Step 5: Remove the toothbrush from your mouth and use clean water to rinse any remaining paste from your mouth. Spit it out! Do not swallow your toothpaste!
